2 Let's get to know one another
On our chat we'll get to know each other. We'll be asking a ton of questions and do our best to answer any questions you may have about us and how we work. We realize your business has its own unique needs and challenges, so we'll look at what's giving you the most headaches and sleepless nights and how we can help you solve both those pain points. 4 Bringing the value with transparent pricing
We’ll outline the value we bring and have an open and transparent pricing discussion with you. We quote you our value-priced fee before any work begins so you never get any surprises later. You’ll have a choice of 3 separate packages to choose from to make sure we address all your important issues and then you select the one that is the best fit for you.
5 Moving forward
Here’s where things really start to get exciting. Once you have found a package that works for you, we will flip the switch complete the admin work and get you setup with a kick-off call where you’ll be introduced to your team so we can begin the process of transitioning your books and start setting up the workflows to your cloud accounting system.
6 On-boarding
We are going to flip the switch and get you setup with new software, apps and systems as best fit your requirements. We will also spend time with you making sure you have a comfortable grasp of the new tools you will be using. This is the bulk of what will be done during the setup /clean up phase:
7 Getting Sorted
This can be the most time-consuming part of the process but also the most satisfying and rewarding when complete. We will go through your books and make sure that all reconciliations are complete through the end of the last completed month. We do this so when we begin your monthly bookkeeping, so we know everything is starting out right.
Depending on where your books currently are, this can be just a couple of weeks or months or even a couple of years that need to be updated. We have seen it all so never feel shy or embarrassed to ask for help if you are behind; you are making the right move.
8 Maintaining the accounting
Here is where we begin the monthly bookkeeping services that we established in our earlier discussions. You are now setup with a new comprehensive bookkeeping system designed to help you manage your business more effectively.
